About LivingGLP1
LivingGLP1 is an independent, continuously updated systematic review and network meta-analysis of every GLP-1 receptor agonist containing medicine, across every condition in which these medicines have been tested in randomized trials. Its aim is a single, current and transparent answer to a simple question: which medicine works best, for whom, and at what risk?
Team and independence
Guarantor: Ahmad Sofi-Mahmudi (ORCID 0000-0001-6829-0823), Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact, McMaster University. The review has no funding and no sponsor. No manufacturer has any role in its design, conduct, analysis or reporting, and the guarantor declares no competing interests. Screening and extraction are done by language model reviewers under the guarantor's oversight, as set out in the methods.
Registration
The protocol was registered on 2026-10-13 as the public release protocol-registered of the repository, with checksums of every protocol file, after peer review that is published in full; it is not registered in PROSPERO or OSF. Every change since is logged as an amendment.

Corrections and contact
Found an error in a trial's data or a missing trial? Please open an issue in the repository, naming the trial and the source. Corrections are adjudicated and logged like any other change.
Use of language models
Searching, deduplication, classification and retrieval are deterministic R code in the repository. Language models assisted with code and drafting, reviewed the protocol (GPT-6 Astra, Fable 5.1 and Grok 4.7; the full record is published), and, by amendments A021 and A023, screened full texts and extracted data in duplicate under the guarantor's oversight, with every disagreement adjudicated and logged. Each release states which of its values a human has verified.
